近年,自動車間通信 (V2V),自動車と道路インフラ間通信(V2I)などの高度通信技術の発展や深層学習などの新しい学習技術の登場により、次世代の高度道路交通システム(Intelligent Transportation System, ITS)へのパラダイムシフトに向けた研究が加速してきています. 特に,自動運転技術を中心に,アダプティブクルーズ制御,プラトーニング,信号機制御,レーン制御,インセンティブ付ナビゲーションなど様々な制御技術展開がみられます. しかしながら,個々の制御技術の研究は数多くありますが,個々の振る舞いから全体としての振る舞いまで道路交通システム全体を最適に設計する,すなわち,グローカル(グローバル/ローカル)な視点での体系だった設計理論はありません. そこで,本研究では,車両速度制御,信号機制御,経路選択制御のそれぞれの制御の高度化とともに,これらの3種類の制御入力をグローカル(グローバル/ローカル)な視点で体系的に設計するためのグローカル交通流制御理論を構築することを目指しています.
